SaproGro
Sapropel-based organic soil conditioner
Rich in humic substances and amino acids
Contains 30+ macro and micro elements
For farms, gardens, lawns, trees, and containers
Product Overview
SaproGro is a liquid organic sapropelic soil conditioner made from sapropel, a naturally formed freshwater organic sediment rich in humic substances, amino acids, and a wide spectrum of macro and micro elements. It is designed to support healthier soil function, stronger root activity, and more efficient nutrient use under real growing conditions.
Unlike generic liquid fertilisers that focus mainly on NPK, SaproGro is used to improve the root-zone environment and support the biological and chemical processes that help plants perform better over time. It is suitable for both professional farming operations and home gardeners who want to improve soil condition and support healthier plant growth.
Whether used in orchards, vegetable fields, vineyards, raised beds, container gardens, lawns, or around household trees and shrubs, SaproGro fits into a practical growing programme where root-zone support and soil performance matter.
What Is Sapropel?
Sapropel is a naturally occurring organic material formed over long periods in freshwater environments. It is valued in agriculture for its rich organic composition and its contribution to soil conditioning programmes.
SaproGro uses sapropel as the foundation of the product, giving it a naturally complex composition that includes:
-
humic substances
-
amino acids
-
more than 30 macro and micro elements
-
organic matter that supports soil condition and biological activity
This makes SaproGro different from a simple fertiliser input. Its role is to support the soil-root environment in a broader and more balanced way.
Why Use SaproGro
Modern growing systems often place heavy pressure on the soil through repeated fertiliser use, irrigation stress, salinity, heat, and continuous cropping. In home gardens, soils may also be compacted, tired, low in biological activity, or weakened by neglect.
SaproGro is designed to help improve the soil environment around the roots so plants are better supported through establishment, active growth, flowering, fruiting, and recovery.
What SaproGro Contains
SaproGro is valued for its naturally derived composition, including:
-
humic substances that help support soil structure and nutrient dynamics
-
amino acids that contribute to plant-supportive soil chemistry
-
a broad spectrum of over 30 macro and micro elements
-
organic compounds that help support active soil biology
Together, these components make SaproGro a practical addition to programmes focused on soil conditioning, nutrient efficiency, and root-zone support.
