- Subaccounts — add team members to your account with their own login, for businesses where multiple people place orders.
- Trade credit — qualifying accounts can apply for credit terms after establishing a track record with us.
How approval works
- Submit your application below. The form takes about 5 minutes. You'll need your business details, VAT number (if registered), trading address, and a short description of your business.
- We review within 2 business days. For most applications we approve directly. Larger or unusual applications may include a brief verification call.
- You receive a welcome email with your assigned trade group and a link to your trade dashboard.
- You can place orders immediately at your tier pricing, or work with your dedicated sales agent on your first order.
Who qualifies
BioAktiva trade accounts are intended for genuine commercial agricultural operations, including:
- Commercial and emerging farmers buying for on-farm use.
- Agricultural retailers, garden centres, and farm shops stocking biological inputs.
- Distributors and resellers supplying onward markets.
- Agricultural cooperatives buying on behalf of member farmers.
- Large-scale commercial operations and contract blenders.
We may decline applications that fall outside these categories or where the intended use case is unclear. Declined applicants are welcome to purchase at standard retail pricing on our consumer storefront.
